Come, and let us return unto the LORD: for he hath torn, and he will heal us; he hath smitten, and he will bind us up. After two days will he revive us: in the third day he will raise us up, and we shall live in his sight. Then shall we know, if we follow on to know the LORD: his going forth is prepared as the morning; and he shall come unto us as the rain, as the latter and former rain unto the earth.
— Hosea 6:1-3 —
We are in the time of the first five seals (the beginning of sorrows) and have been since Jesus sat at the right hand of the Father. The sixth seal is the event that begins the day of the Lord (great tribulation). Everything from the sixth seal on is yet to come.
The sixth seal is what comes as a thief in the night. At a time when people are saying "peace and safety" sudden destruction will come. The beast doesn't rise from the pit until the fifth trumpet. The sixth seal through the first four trumpets comes first.
The beast will rise to power from the chaos of those cataclysms; ordo ab chao / order out of chaos. The rest will transpire relatively quickly: 42 months / 1260 days / 3 1/2 years / a time, times and half a time. Jesus returns at the last / seventh trumpet / armageddon. The first resurrection happens.
We return to Earth with Christ to rule this world, over the mortal people who survive (one taken, one left), for one thousand years. Satan is imprisoned.
At the end of the thousand years, Satan is released to deceive the world once more. After which, he is finally destroyed. The second resurrection happens for judgment.
We separate the sheep from the goats. Whoever isn't left (not found written) in the book of life at the end of judgment will suffer the second death, which is the fire that will destroy this creation and recreate new heavens and a new earth.
God the Father will set His capitol, New Jerusalem, on the new earth and be with us for eternity.
Revelation 21:3 And I heard a great voice out of heaven saying, Behold, the tabernacle of God is with men, and he will dwell with them, and they shall be his people, and God himself shall be with them, and be their God.
Matthew 6:10 Thy kingdom come. Thy will be done in earth, as it is in heaven.
Revelation 22:20-21 He which testifieth these things saith, Surely I come quickly. Amen. 21Even so, come, Lord Jesus. The grace of our Lord Jesus Christ be with you all. Amen.
